Dr. Tam Mateo: Alternative Healing

I have myomas and operation is not my option.  So I went to Dr. Tam Mateo in Pasig, Metro Manila.

Dr. Tam is the famous naturopath doctor in the Philippines.  I first saw him in Salamat Doc in ABS-CBN.  Since I am an advocate of alternative medicine and healing, Dr. Tam has become an icon for me.

My effort in going to Dr. Tam has been rewarded.  Though I have not yet gone for an ultrasound, I have several improvement in my overall health:

1. No more dysmenorrhea – Since my period began, I always had dysmenorrhea.  But after following the protocal given to me, I did not notice that my period started.

2. No more lower abdominal pain – Prior to my protocol, my lower abdomen was tender and painful when pushed.  After just 10 days of the protocol, there is no more pain even if I pushed hard.

3. Flattened lower abdomen – Prior to my protocol, my lower abdomen was big because my uterus was enlarged due to the myomas.  However, in just 10 days of the protocol, my lower abdomen is flat already and I presume that my uterus is not enlarged anymore.

4. Overall improve physical health

My protocol includes detoxification, replenishment of vitamins and minerals, and proper nutrition which aim to balance the hormones so that I will be healed.

Watching Salamat Doc, I saw several cancer patients that were healed by following Dr.Tam Mateo’s protocol.  I just hope that more people will become educated with alternative medicine and healing.   With alternative healing, our total physical health is addressed hence we can save more in a long term basis.

Miss Rosalie can I ask what to drink or buy to lose weight from Dr. Tam? Thank you!

    jocelyn

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Jocelyn. As far as I know, they do not have specific products for losing weight. If you go there and talk to one of their specialists, they will give you a program to help you lose weight (if it is you who is of concern about this matter). The program will consist of a diet guidelines and specific vitamins and minerals to address your problem. Moreover, the diet guidelines will basically be vegetarian and the vitamins and minerals you can either purchase from them or you can buy from outside. My experience of losing weight by completely following their program was only from 108 lbs. to 101 lbs., so it was basically of no value to me.

  2. Darryl says:

Hi i was wondering what happened to your myoma? May myoma din ako and i saw dr. tam on the internet…

    • rosalie says:

      Hi, Darryl.

I had no more time to go to my OB-GYNE for a follow-up check-up because I left the Philippines on Dec. 8, 2010. At present, I still have no dysmenorrhea, no tenderness and no pain on my lower abdomen even when I pushed hard. At present, I have no issues with my myomas. I am not vegetarian but I eat raw vegetables and fruits as much as possible and uses organic egg and organic vegetables and fruits when available.

Before going to Dr. Tam (I’m from Cebu), I have been taking the Miracle Tea for months already. There was an overall improvement in my health. I decided to go to Dr. Tam when my myomas became larger. Several vitamins and minerals were given on top of the Miracle Tea. So I believe the vitamins and minerals did wonders to my system.

    Dear Dr. Mateo,
I work nite shift, from 11:00 To 7:30 am what is the best time to drink green tea and how many times?

    • rosalie says:

I’m sorry, this is not Dr. Tam’s blog.

But for your question, personally, I drink green tea anytime during work. When I am sleepy at work, I drink it as water, just plain tea, no sugar or other flavoring added. Whenever possible, I use organic green tea.

  5. Gyn says:

    Hello Rosalie,
Good day!
    Thanks!!! :)

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Gyn.

Once and for all, no processed food. These include all canned goods, fast food, candies. Anything that you buy and eat without cooking has chemicals in them that will disrupt our hormonal balance. And when you cook, do not add MSG, any flavoring like Maggi savor. Just read the labels. If you can’t understand or cannot even read the ingredients, don’t use it. No sugar definitely including softdrinks, juice in bottles, powdered juice. This is tough actually. I still indulge on those foods but very seldom like once in 2 weeks.

About Dr. Tam’s program for me, the list was very long. I can only remember a few of those. I was a vegetarian for 10 days, no fry or any oil, brown rice once a day, veggies, juice, water, the entire day. Then Miracle Tea, Liquid CA (this is anti cancer), raw vitamins, and a lot more. I also took 1 tbps. fresh turmeric juice once a day. There were several others that I can’t remember. Sorry.

It is best that you go to the clinic. Personally, it was worth it.

  6. Maye says:

    Hi ma’am Rosalie,
I was diagnosed with subserous myoma 8.6 cm just last may 16. I am scheduled for an operation myomectomy this coming july 12. I’m still 23 yrs old. Single and have no baby. I’m not afraid to undergo the operation but if there are other ways aside from the operation to eliminate this problem im very willing to do it. I would like to ask mam if what specific vitamins and minerals they prescribed you to take? And is that miracle tea really effective?

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Maye.

You’re too young to have that myoma, and too young to undergo an operation. My doctor explained to me the two options to remove a myoma: 1) remove the myoma only or 2) remove the entire uterus with the myoma (this means you cannot concieve anymore). If you’ll operate, ask the doctor to remove the myoma only and ask your doctor about scarring of the uterus and it’s effect on getting pregnant.

Personally, aside from being afraid on going under the knife, removing the uterus will have a tremendous negative effect on our health. Without the uterus, our hormones will be in chaos because the uterus plays a big part on controlling the hormones. If the uterus is removed the doctor will prescribed hormone replacement. My mother’s uterus was removed due to myoma bigger than yours. She was prescribed a hormone replacement, and during this time my mother suffered hot flashes, short temper, insomnia, and much more. So, I went to another doctor for a second opinion. That doctor took her off the hormone replacement tablet, and advised her to foods rich in hormones she needed. It’s been about 10 years now and she is perfectly fine.

About the Miracle Tea, personally it is very effective in cleansing the body. Sorry, I already forgot the vitamins and minerals that they prescribed to me. Actually, it was complete program which included the Miracle Tea, many vitamins and minerals, food to eat, juice to drink, and several others that I forgot. I suggest that you will go to Dr. Tam’s office. It’s worth the cost and the result. And the peace of mind, it’s tremendous.

  7. Jane cruz says:

Tam for consultation ask ko Lang Kung mag Kano ing magagastos including those prescribed medicines or vitamins thanks for your any information

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Jane.

The consultation was P200 or P250 (matagal na kasi yong sa akin). Ang mga vitamins, minerals, and cleansing total was P20K ++. No regrets ako. For 10 days you will be on cleansing and vegetarian diet, so you need to stay at home dahil wala kang energy during that time.

  8. Maye says:

    Hi ma’am rosalie,
I refuse the operation because i was asking for a third opinion. The doctor told me that there will be a 50 50 chances that they can save my uterus during the operation if mag bleeding ako. I am here in Bohol but i’m very willing to travel to Manila if ma convince talaga ako na effective ang mga products ni Dr. Tam for my myoma. As of now i don’t experience any pain or heavy bleeding. My only prob is that my abdomen is big because of the large myoma. Mam how big is your myoma before you take Dr. Tam’s products? The 20k ++ for vitamins…etc. ilang buwan na supply po ito? i mean ilang buwan mo e take ito?

  9. rosalie says:

Hello, Mae. Just call me Sally :) I’m from Mandaue, Cebu, so we’re just neighbors :) (Currently, I’m out of the country.)

It is better to get another doctor’s opinion. Not saving the uterus is one of the worst things that can happen to us women. Our reproductive system, including the uterus, plays a very big role in our mood and health (physically, emotionally, psychologically). Without the uterus we will become moody, easy to anger, and all sort of negative effects on top of not conceiving a child.

About Dr. Tam’s, I only bought 2 products from them, the Miracle Tea and the Liquid CA (anti cancer drink). The rest I bought from Healthy Options in SM Cebu. All the vitamins and cleansing products “prescribed” to me were good for 15 days I think. Even before I finish those, I already felt I was more alive. My fibroid were 3.0 ++ cm each (I had 3). Small but enough to make my stomach bulge. After the 15 days protocol (they call it protocol because you only not take the vitamins and cleansing products but the type of food you eat is also controlled) my stomach flattened and I did not feel the pain anymore as I described in this blog.

I am speaking from my own personal experience. And if you were to ask me, I’ll tell you to go and try. What we’ll lose here will be just money if it won’t work.

  10. Yvonne paular says:

Hi rosalie,i have the same problem..enlargement of uterus at sabi ng doctor sa sobrang laking myoma ko kailangang tangggalin ang uterus ko which is ayokong mangyari, ngyon lang ako nakaranas ng sakit ng puson during menstrual period, nasa italy ako so i try to search from herbal help dahil ayokong maopera dahil alam ko ang magiging effect ng pag tanggal ng uterus ko kahit pa 41 na ako at walang anak ok lang kesa nmana tanngalin ang importanteng parte ng katawan ng isang babae…problema ko nga kung pwede bilhin ko na ang mga products sa office ni doc tam at ipadala na lang ng mga relatives ko sa akin kesa uuwi pa ako sa pilipinas, nag message n rin ako kay doc.tam sana sagutin nya agad ng makapag umpisa na ako ng natural healing because im suffering also from dry skin and hair lost.mag kano kaya ang magagastos ko sa mga gamot at ilang days ang healing process?thanks…yvonne

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Yvonne. Sorry for the late reply.

Yes, it is really detrimental to our health if our uterus is removed. Pero yong mga phone numbers na nakalista doon were active about 2 years ago. They answered my text messages though sometimes it took them long to reply. About the products, ang mga vitamins at minerals pwede mong bilhin dyan sa Italy. Ang Miracle Tea at Liquid CA ay formula ni Dr. Tam which are shipped frozen. Otherwise, masisira sila. Yong akin 2 years ago P20++ ang total ko, including yong mga binili ko sa Healthy Options sa SM Cebu. Good for 10 days ang protocol ko. “Protocol” ang tawag nila. Ang protocol included na doon ang mga vitamins at minerals at mga pagkain at drinks for 1o days. Wala pang 10 days, pag-diniin ko ang uterus ko wala nang sakit. Personally, effective ang protocol sa akin. And since it is all natural, I believe maging effective din sa yo.

  11. Marissa says:

Hi rosalie. Thanks for the information. My ob gyne recently found out that my myomas have increased in size. She said i might go under the knife to remove them. I also have dr. Tam mateo’s miracle tea in my freezer. Di ko mainom araw araw kasi i work and baka i do not have acess to the bathroom all the time. Again thanks for the informing readers about other options available to other than surgery.

  12. Zilda M.Dema-ala says:

Hi I’m Zilda here in Guam what is exactly the address of dr. Tam Mateo?

  13. maricar says:

hi Rosalie. I stumbled upon your blog and read thru your blog on alternative healing. It’s very inspiring. When u consulted him in the clinic, did he he require that you go for any test or did you show him the result from your previous check-up?

For me whatever condition we have, i believe that we should live a healthy lifestyle. Yes, i agree it is difficult and it entails a lot of courage, persistence, resilience and discipline. I am actually had become a health freak but at times, I am guilty of eating the ‘no-no foodsI met

Since I met this Indo-Chinese couple who are both GP / acupuncturists/ herbalists/ naturopathy / nutritionisits. My reproductive system improved after several several sessions. But, when i was able to watch an episode of Dr Tam at Salamat Dok, I should say that each naturopathy has different practices and beliefs differ. Since both of them believe in chinese medicine rather than western medicine, they usually follow the chinese med practices and use chinese herbs.

2 yrs ago when i went back to manila for the xmas holidays, I tried Dr Tam’s Green powdered product (i can;t remember the name though and even though i didn’t get a chance to consult him then) for 2 months and i felt that i became healthier. Sadly, i ran out of stock here in jakarta. Now, i am inspired to get an appointment when i go home for the holidays asap. i was hospitalised last month and my potassium and estrogen levels were unusually low, blood is so thick, and high cholesterol. I always had gastritis once my tummy reacts to certain foods even with fresh fruits, veggies or strong meds. Got symptoms of hypothyroid too. When i met the acupuncturist just recently, he recommended to stop eating fresh and cold foods temporarily becoz of my tummy condition until it’s healed. He recommended to cook or juz boil the veggies.

I hope i could get an appointment next month before coming back here to teaching post. Thank you for your blog on healing alternative and time.

    Maricar

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Maricar.

It is wonderful that you are into alternative medicine. Personally, I combine the medical science and alternative medicine.

I have been consulting with 2 OB-GYNEs for more than 4 years. So, I had laboratory and ultrasound results with me when I went to Dr. Tam. However, during the “consultation” at Dr. Tam’s, I was not asked or required for any test results. I was just asked what my problems were. We talked for a long time after which I was given a list of “to-dos-and-not-to-dos”, what to eat, vitamins and minerals to take, Miracle Tea, Live Green, and Liquid CA.

Live Green is the one that you mentioned that you forgot the name. You can buy there the individual ingredients. Here is the ingredients of Live Green

Yes, every alternative medicine has each own practices. It is our obligation to have informed decisions on which method one is comfortable. I have been combining several alternative methods, including chiropractic for bone and muscle pain. As I said earlier, I combine both. We consult our family doctor for any health problems. My family and I have had medical laboratories, X-rays, and the doctors diagnosis. We are given prescriptions, we go to our naturopath specialist and discuss with them what is best for that circumstance. We have been doing this for years.

Since you have problems with potassium, estrogen level, thick blood, high cholesterol, the best person you should see is Dr. Tam. As Dr. Tam would normally comment on these kinds of health problems, “ang bibig and dapat operahan”. Personally, his 10-day protocol when one decides to change one’s food intake.

I also had severe gastritis. One night I thought I had heart attack because my chest was so painful that I can not lie down until morning. Our company doctor gave a prescription of antacid for 1 month. When I stopped taking it, my gastritis on again. I was desperate I spent several late nights research on alternative healing. I tried several herbs that cost me thousands. Still the gastritis was persistent. Luckily, I stumbled on a site that talked about a “hospital” for alternative medicine where a person can stay there and follow the program of that center. Unfortunately, it was located abroad. So, I googled again and found one in Luzon. It was not practical for me to go there because of work. And fortunate, I found one near our house, the Ananda Marga Wellness Center So the following day, I went there and talked to the director of the center. We talked about my gastritis. His protocol for me were:

      1. upon waking up until 30 minutes before breakfast: 1 liter of water squeezed with 10 pieces calamansi and a pinch of salt. Calamansi is acidic but will become alkaline when mixed with stomach acid.
      2. in between 30 minutes after breakfast until 30 minutes before lunch: 1 liter water
      3. in between 30 minutes after lunch until 30 minutes before dinner: 1 liter water
      4. in between 30 minutes after dinner until 30 minutes before bedtime: 1 liter water

      - Plain tea without sugar, honey, and other can be counted as part of 1 liter.
      - No eating of any kind in between meals. Eat at least every 4 hours. Our stomach will become empty in 3-4 hours. When the food is still there, the stomach will continue to release acids to digest. If you eat even the stomch is not empty it will continue to release acids hence one will have over acid or hyperacidity or gastritis. So it is important to allow the stomach to stop releasing acid first before you eat again.
      - No sugar, no red meat only fish and chicken, no eggs, no oil or fried foods, no fast food and junk food, no bread or white rice. More veggies, fruits, fresh fruit juice not canned.

I was in this for 2 weeks. But even within the 5 days, my hyperacidity subsided, my was alert (I was very sluggish before), I was full of vitality, my skin glowed, I was more alive! I returned to the center after 2 weeks and the director was surprised with my changes. I still follow the “eat only every 4 hours and no eating between meals”. Because of work, I cannot drink that much water anymore but I still drink as much as I can. I hope this can help you.

You’re hypothyroid maybe also corrected when you do the 10-day protocol of Dr. Tam.

When I went to Dr. Tam’s, I just went there the day before the consultation day and listed my name. Then I returned the following day.

Good luck. Lucky you sa atin ka mag- Christmas.

    Hi Ms. Rosalie,

    Good day!

I am Ms. Marilou (OFW) 48 years of age with ultrasound result: Left thyroid nodule, size: 1.5 x 2.2 cm, also has done FNA test, the pathologist advise is to have another FNA after 6 months while Doctor’s recommendation is to undergo surgery to remove the whole gland where the mass/nodule is located. This will be possibly scheduled on May 2013.

I was trying to search Dr. Tam’s contact address/number and I am thankful to God that I found your blog where I found also Dr. Tam’s contact info.

Eventhough the cost of surgery is free, I really wanted to avoid it as much as possible. It would be highly appreciated if you could give me advice, please.

    Thank you and God bless.

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Marilou.
My mother had goiter for more than 10 years (funds went to my studies and she had to wait until I had a job to have an operation). After the operation she felt her health has not improved, as if she still had the nodule and worse. She felt sluggish, no energy, no life at all. So we were advised to see an internist. It turned out that the thyroid works like a supplier of gasoline to our body. When removed the system malfunctions because of lacking of supply. If we had known, we would have chosen an alternative method such as Dr. Tam’s. Today, my mother is taking a hormone replacement to supplement the thyroid function and she feels better. But time and again her “no life” problem would recur. She also goes to her doctor every 6 months for consultation and laboratory check to see if her hormone replacement needs adjustment.

Also, because of the length of time that she had the goiter, her heart is affected. She is now constantly monitored for heart problems. So, I advise you to take care of your problem as soon as possible.

As for Dr. Tam’s, his complete program is cleansing of the whole system. So it will help a lot.

The money I spent was worth it. By the way, I have no diabetes.

Vangie, I want to share with the following. This is my reply to another inquiry. This will help you too.
        ————–

Ms Rosalie, you have been very helpful! I read this thread all the way from the top and saw na 2010 pa siya! I’ve been looking for Dr Tam’s telephone number sa Metrowalk (for my mom) but his website seems to be taken down. Anyways, I just want to commend you kasi wala ka naman nakukuha from answering all the queries e, just helping lang. I hope there were more people like you in this world, willing to help others. God Bless!

Thanks, Meg. It’s the least I can do.

Yes, I believe the website has been discontinued. They even started a Facebook page but they were not able to maintain it as well.

      Hello, William.
That’s a serious predicament you have now. Personally I’d say it’s urgent that you go and see Dr. Tam. The number I have is their staff or office cell numbers, not of Dr. Tam’s. But you can talk to them as well. Below is the number. Sorry, I’m out of the country so I cannot contact you on your cellphone.

    hello rosalie.
ask lng po ako… my skin cancer ako pero nwala na yong bukol at sugat ko dahil umiinom din ako live green at miracle tea. gusto ko sanang malaman kung saan ako mgpacheck up kung cancer free nako…

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Elena.
I am saddened by your predicament :(
You should go back to your doctor, the one who diagnosed you with the skin cancer. He will be the one to determine the tests needed to determine if you are cancer free.

  28. Sandy says:

    hi rosalie,

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Sandy.
When my mother eats durian her blood pressure will go up, though my mom’s sister can eat it anytime without problems. I guess it depends on each person’s response taken into account our individual hormones and immune system. Every time you eat fruits and vegetables, take notice on any uncomfortable changes to you body like flatulence or bloating. It may mean that your stomach cannot tolerate the food that you have just taken. And don’t forget to keep yourself hydrated. Before I left our country, I drink 3 to 4 liters of water everyday which was the advice of the homeotherapy professional I consulted because I was severely dehydrated. My skin was dry, I was sluggish, no glow on my face, severe hyperacidity. On my 3rd day of drinking 3-4 liters of water in a day, I felt invigorated, more alive, and no hyperacidity.

  29. Michelle says:

    Hello, Miss Rosalie!

I was doing some research about nonsurgical treatment for my case endometriosis when I remembered my husband’s suggestion of naturopathy through Dr. Tam Mateo.

I underwent laparoscopy last March 19, 2012 where the doctor removed a 5 cm cyst on my left ovary (which according to her is a bit larger than an egg!) and she also performed cauterization. I’m on stage 2.

After the operation, she asked me if I want to take some medicine that will stop me from ovulating so my wounds would heal soon but I want to have a baby so I chose not to make the medicine.

A year after my operation, my ultrasound result showed that a new cyst has formed (4 cm in size) ‘again’ on my left ovary and a 1 cm cyst was also seen on my right ovary.

I was so upset. I really want to get rid of my cyst and endo without having to undergo another surgery.

I want to have a baby and I know that endometriosis might be a cause of infertility.

You think Dr. Tam can help me with this? I mean, removing the cause of infertility which is endometriosis. I’m also worried that this might eventually develop into cancer coz we have a strong history of cancer in the family.

    Looking foward to your reply.

    God bless!

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Michelle.
I know your struggle about conceiving. I have been there too. I’ve been married for 12 years and we are still waiting. The frustration, the pain, the excitement when I was delayed, it was so taxing. But now that I am 42 years old, we just let it go. We have already accepted that we cannot have a child. This is due to my fibroid (myoma) which created havoc to my hormones. When I first went to my OB, she was worried that I had endometriosis and was relieved to see just the myoma. I underwent several procedures to conceive costing us much money. Later on I decided I could not take the pressure anymore so I stopped. I was being scheduled by my OB for a laparoscopy but I declined. I decided enough was enough. And I am thankful that my husband is supportive.

Yes, according to my OB, endometriosis can cause infertility. She also said that surgery is a critical procedure because it can cause scarring which can result to no ovulation at all, or the fertilized egg cannot attach to the wall of the uterus because of the scar. Which is why she did not opt to operate my myoma (which I am thankful too because I was still uninformed at the time of any negative effects on my body).

You are right in being worried to developing cancer and it is good that you are considering alternative medicine. Though alternative medicine is a good choice, it is imperative that you seek professional help e.g. Dr. Tam. I tried doing it just on my own but it did not work. My first alternative doctor is in Cebu (I’m from there – this is about internal body cleansing). My 2nd is Dr. Tam and this is for my fibroid and it worked. It’s been about 3 years already and I still feel the results I had described in my blog. Though I still have not conceived **sigh**. I presume you are still young so the probability of you conceiving is high when your endometriosis will be corrected after Dr. Tam’s.

Having a baby is the fulfillment of being a woman (oh! I can only wish). While waiting, focus on your husband. You may not know it but you may have spent all your energy on the frustration of not conceiving.

      • Michelle says:

        Hello, Miss Rosalie!

Thank you for your insights about my case. Your blog has been helpful in keeping women like me informed about alternative medicine. You keep my hopes up as well as your readers who have the same condition for sure.

Will pay Dr. Tam a visit soon… :-)

      • rosalie says:

You’re welcome, Michelle. Keep up the hope.

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Ines. It is such a disturbing predicament. I cannot imagine how you are feeling right now. I know you can be healed because I had myoma though I did not have infection. Hi Ate Rosalie, ask ko lang if how much kaya un miracle tea saka ung liquid CA? pede kaya sa may breast cancer un? tnx!

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Pia. Pero yong buong program ko with all the vitamins and minerals including the Miracle Tea and Liquid CA was more than P20,000. But it was worth it and more. It’s been about 3 years I’d been there but I still feel the benefits. This should be done soon before the cancer gets worst. You can text them at the numbers below. They may take long but they will actually reply.

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Dina.
In my research, hair fall only occurs in reaction to cancer treatment such as chemotherapy. If your mama is not undergoing any cancer therapy through medical science then you should go back to Dr. Tam and discuss with him this matter. Let’s all hope for best and be strong for your mama.

    • rosalie says:

      Good morning, Sir.
Your apo is so young to suffer such predicament :(

I’m sorry I have no information if he had similar cases like hers. But as far as I can remember, Dr. Tam is always consulted on cancer topics on TV for alternative cure. Some of his cancer patients had been interviewed and they testified about their improved health by following Dr. Tam’s protocol/program. It won’t hurt to try it for her. It will be hard for the first few days because there will be a total revamp of food intake for her and cleansing program for her system. And you and your family may find it difficult to comprehend, too.

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Joel. Hernia is a muscle problem so there is no herbal treatment for that. I’ve searched the net and found many articles about hernia and chiropractic correction. Chiropractic is more like hilot to align the bones but on a medical scale. My family, including myself, have been treated with several bones and muscle problems by a chiropractic doctor in Cebu. We also have tried a chiropractic doctor from Manila, but I forgot his name. Since you are looking into an alternative healing, chiropractic would be best. Just search the net for a chiropractic doctor near your place.

Magagamot po ba ng LIVE GREEN ang Diabetic Ketoacidosis? Salamat po…

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Jester.

Live Green is just one component of the entire program. It is actually just a supplement/vitamins. Total cleansing of the system is needed, then add in the required nutrition which includes the Live Green.

hello rosalie, i am now experiencing irregular menstrual flow.
what would be the best product for me coz i dont want to take pills as they suggested
what i want is a natural way. thanks.

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Roxanne. Age will play a role here. I am now 43 years olds, nearing menopausal age. So I am now taking Estroven, a supplement to help menopausal women. I also take herbal vitamins specifically for adult women.

When I was younger, I had irregular mens, severe dysmenorrhea, and unpredictable PMS. Years later did I find out that I had fibroids/myoma. I tried several herbal supplements (you name it, I may have tried it). But no improvement. Only after I completed Dr. Tam’s program did my condition improve. I wish I went to Dr. Tam early, I could have saved the cost of buying those herbs which were really expensive. About 3 years after Dr. Tam’s, I still have regular mens, no dysmenorrhea, no PMS.

Also, diet plays a great role in our mens. If my diet for the month is not healthy (red meat, canned goods, processed foods, softdrinks, milk, sugar, and the like), my period would be delayed, I will be irritable, terrible headache, and cramps. So, I minimize my unhealthy food intake every month.

An irregular period is not normal, so please see an OB-GYNE.

    • rosalie says:

      Hello, Diosa.
Personally, I believe Dr. Tam’s can help. But your mom needs to see Dr. Tam’s so that she will be given a program that will match her problem. First time cost will be high. For example, mine was P20,000+ excluding travel expenses (I’m from Cebu). But long term benefits outweigh the first cost. The program of Dr. Tam’s will include cleansing of the entire system and replenishing vitamins and minerals. Who knows, maybe after the program your mother will not be needing insulin anymore, and better yet, she may become free of diabetes.

My father was diagnosed with kidney failure. His creatinine shoot up by 3 at first and followed by 9. His nephrologist decided not to undergo dialysis at once because he knew that he has a very good condition without the disturbing symptoms. So he was confined and his creatinine dropped by 4.0. Although still alarming, he sustained medicines for his gout and ketolog and sodium bicarbonate for his kidneys. The doctor also suggested to us to manage a fistula on his arm so that when need arises for him to undergo dialysis, we are ready. He also told us that time will come and dialysis will still be an option. So that means that there is no cure. But we never did. We consulted to Dr. Willy Opena, also a naturophatic doctor in Batangas and studied in Indian Board of Naturophatic Doctors. The doctor gave supplements such as KIDNEY ROBOTANT, KIDNEY WASH, BLOOD OXYGEN, VITAMIN B17 and the like. He is fine now but we still wanted a great and specific result. Can u help us decide? Can u help my father to still live normally and free from kidney failure? Here’s my contact info: 0922 830 8654. I am looking forward to your reply to this message. We need it badly. Thanks and God bless!

Hello, Vhijay. Dr. Tam’s program includes first and foremost cleansing of the entire system. It is coupled with vitamins and minerals, and a diet protocol. By cleansing i mean that the sickness causing elements inside the body have to be removed in order to have a complete healing. With my adventure in alternative medicine (I have been a fanatic for so long), only Dr. Tam’s has this program. Please go to one of his offices (please scroll below for the locations).

  59. Mhae says:

hi ms.Rosalie !! my auntie has cervical cyst detected Last sep.2013. aside from miracle tea and live green?? what else can help?? pls share nman the right fruits and vegetables to eat.. to avoid the cyst getting worse.. thank you..

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Mhae. The protocol included full vegetarian meals for about 20 days (I cannot remember the exact number of days). No meat, oil, milk, preservatives, eggs, sugar, anything canned and preserved. Just plain veggies, fruits, and brown rice. Rice is just once a day. Juice should be freshly squeezed not the packaged juice that are available in the groceries. The miracle tea is for cleansing the system. The live green is just one of the supplements required for the entire protocol. Liquid CA and other vitamins and minerals are needed for a complete program. I suggest that your aunt go to Dr. Tam’s. It will be worth cost.

  60. Sheryl says:

hello mhae, good day! you can try fresh carrot juice, as what Ms. Rosalie mentioned not the processed package juice, carrot juice with fresh malunggay leaves extract… you can try even a raw papaya juice, tomatoe juice, but as per Dr. Tam Mateo, all vegetables and fruits are good for our health. Better also to consult Dr. Tam for the protocols.

  63. Pie says:

    Hi Rose,

I am based in Cebu also and just weaned myself of PPI – its been 4 days now of no PPI after taking it for almost two months. The side effects are nasty. I was diagnosed with esophagitis and gastritis.

What I really noticed is that i am not my old self anymore. I just turned 45 – this could be part of perimenopausal but its so depressing. I am always tired and feels or thinks that there is something wrong with me. I also stumbled on the Wellness Center in Mandaue and is contemplating in going there. I am familiar with Dr Tam thru Salamat Dok and wish he can also come to Cebu. I really want to try natural way of healing.

I have small myomas too but my OBGYN said these will go away after menopause. Only my left ovary has follicles left the other one – none. I always suffer from insomnia and constipation.

I am glad i found your blog. I have persistent sinusitis which at present is making me feel tired and sick. the hoarseness has disappeared tho. I hate going to another doctor (ENT). I want to be cured wholistically.

    Pie

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Pie. I understand your predicament. I’ve been there. It’s good to know that you are considering alternative medicine. But it should be structured, not doing it by yourself alone. I’ve done it, I was doctoring myself by going and buying herbal medicines. Though it helped but not as much as I expected. So. i ended up having spent so much tono avail. The Ananda Marga in Mandaue is a good place to start. Just go there, ask anybody and they will help you. I’ve been ther many times, first for myself then, for my uncle who stayed there for 3 or 4 weeks.

I had gastritis too and the doctor had me on antacid for a month but the day I stopped taking it, my gastritis bothered me again. That was what triggered me to storm the internet for wellness center in our country and I found Ananda Marga which is just so near our place. Following is what Dada Dharma asked me to do on my first visit: 1) when I wkae up in the morning, squeeze 10 lemonsito, any size, to a liter of water, add a pinch of salt. Drink all of this until 30mins before breakfast. 2) eat only every 4 hrs or more. 4 hrs is the time when our stomach becuase empty of food from the previous meal. When you eat before 4 hrs, the stomach will continue to release stomach acids hence we get the hyper acidity or gastritis. 3) in between breakfast and lunch, drink 1 liter of water. In between lunch and breakfast drink another 1 liter. And before bedyou should finish another liter liter. So that makes it 4 liters in 1 day. But take note, drink water 30 mins before and after meals only. If you drinks in less than 30 minsyour gastric juices will be diluted and your food will not be properly digested. 4) do not eat meat, canned good, anything fried, anything with oil if it can be helped. Fruits and veggies will help ease the hyper acidity. This seems too hard to do but i did it. I was only asked for 2 weeks but my body responded positivel that i did it for month. For the water, i bought a 1 liter bottle for this purpose. For the sinusitis, it is actually allergies and too much phlegm inside. I just accidentaly stumbled on a “cure”. My allergies were severe already that i developed asthma. I’m not asthmatic. Also, my left nostril had been clogged up for years. Just 3-4 months ago, i had severe asthma that i needed to go to the hospitalbecuase i cannot breath anymore. Iwas thinking of driving there myself but summer was so hot it added to my breathlessness. So while waiting for my husband, i searched the internet for a remedy. I stumbled upon a website that said to drink fresh ginger tea and while waiting chew 3 fresh garlic. I did both. I chewed 9-12 garlics that evening plus several mugs of ginger tea. It worked so i didnot go to the hospital anymore though i smelled garlic overnight. The following day and for 2 days after that, so much phelgm were expelling out and long lenghts were going out through my clogged up nostril. When that stopped, i nostril is clear already i can. Reath through it again. Now i. An eat shrimp, egg, and others with no trouble at all. But i still get allergies from proceesed food, as in all proceesed food.

This is so long already, but i hope this can help you.

      • Pie says:

        Hi Rose,

Thanks for your quick reply. I actually called AM Wellness last week but the one who answered me said i need to “check in” their place for two weeks. I cannot afford to be away from work for that long.

I too just developed food allergies. It was manageable at first like an antihistamine can manage it but just this July i got hospitaalized due to severe allergic reaction to squid. I am also asthmatic since I was a toddler but then it went away and resurfaced about 5 years ago.

Thanks for being such of a help.

        Pie

      • rosalie says:

Yes, 2 weeks is their standard. I’ve seen several foreign individuals there. I’ve even seen an Aussie who returned. I saw him when he was so sick the first time he can hardly walk. He had problems with his stomach I guess and doctors in Australia said that there is no cure anymore. After a while, i returned there and saw the same person, this time a healthy one. He said he returned to study the basic so that he can teach his friends because when he returned to his country people icluding the doctors were amazed at his transformation.

For your allergies, do the water therapy first to address your gastritis. Then when you think your stomach can handle the spiciness of the garlic, do the fresh garlic therapy in the evening only. Mince the garlic finely so there’ll be no need for you to chew it. Swallow it with water. Within the week you’ll see results.

And BTW, your welcome. Just remember, my suggestions here are based on my own journey. You may need to adjust for you what your body needs or able to tolerate.

  64. Pie says:

Oh, about the calamansi, my gastro listed that as a no no although i also read somewhere that once digested in the stomach it would not be acidid anymore.. the thing is i have esophagitis too so it might be bad for me :(

I have been on bland diet for more than a month – mostlyt veggies and grilled fish. Mucus build up is horrible though. Sigh! this is not me..

    Pie

    • rosalie says:

Well, my mom has stomach ulcer and she cannot tolerate the calamansi. Just do plain water. It will help a lot as a start to become you again. : ) Trust me, in less than 1 week of the 4-liter water a day, significant changes were visible in me, physically, emotionally, psychologically.

Before I went to Dr. Tam, wala akong akong specific para sa myoma ko. Vitamins lang ang binigay ng doctor kasi hindi na man critical and I was hoping to conceive kaya hindi ako binigyan ng gamot.

    • Arianne says:

      Hi Rosalie,
Thank you for your blog and sharing your healing experience. I’ve also been taking Dr. Tam’s Miracle Tea and Live Green for 3 years now (I’m also out of the country but only in Asia and fortunate enough that I can go home anytime I want so I always bring with me at least 4 bottles of Dr Tam’s every time which I always share with friends & strangers who have health issues). I’m also an avid advocate of alternative healing, complete body detox, natural & healthy diet & nutrition. (I also had myoma before and severe dysmennorhea – which had been addressed with healthy diet & ozone therapy – this was years before I discovered Dr Tam’s.) Aside from using Dr Tam’s Miracle Tea, I also regularly do colon hydrotherapy (I found that it is better to do them in tandem), liver cleansing, kidney cleansing, parasite cleansing, and heavy metals cleansing (I also went to a biological dentist in Manila to remove all my amalgam fillings).

Anyway, for Jimraida Karon, I just want to share that maybe you can also try Quantumin Plus for your mom (you can search about it in google & youtube).

      God bless,
      Arianne

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Ronald. It’s so frustrating, I know. But I did not wake in the middle night because of hunger. About Ananda Marga, hindi ako nag- stay in doon. The director there, Dada Dharma, considered my case as a simple dehydration kasi nakita niya sa akin na grabe ang putla ko, super dry ang skin, payatot, at walang sigla. So, ni- hydatre muna niya ako for 1 week. When I went back after a week for evaluation, hydrated na ako at wala na akong gastritis. So, i- recommend ko sa iyo ang ginawa ko. Scroll below for the procedure na ginawa ko. Look for my reply to Pie dated 12/10/2013. Just do it diligent and you will know the difference in less than a week.

  75. Ronald says:

Unahin mo muna yong water therapy na 4 liters in 1 day:

1 liter upon waking up and 30 mins before breakfast
1 liter between breakfast and lunch, 30 mins. before & after meals
1 liter between lunch and dinner, 30 mins. before and after meals
      1 liter before sleep

Ang ginawa ko, after 1 week sa water therapy and without meat, I slowly introduced white meat to my meal.

About fruits, kahit anong fruits na juicy. If you eat fruit during meal, eat fruits first before your meal. Ang rationale dito is fruits digest faster than cooked food. But remember, eat any melons alone. Any melons if mix with other fruits or food will cause acidity and bloating. Puro ito with personal experience ko. You can try to experiment yourself.

After nong 1 month medication ko, hindi na ako uminon ng antacid even until today. That was 5-6 yrs ago. Also take note, kung sasakit ang ulo mo, nag- hyperacidity ka niyan. Personal experience ko din to.

  76. Ronald says:

    • rosalie says:

Any pure, clean water will do. You just need to hydrate and balance your hyperacidity. It is imperative na no food between meals. Just plain water, juice, or tea with no sugar or other flavoring.

Our stomach will release gastric juices when there is food. Ang pagkain natin will need 4 hours to fully evacuate the stomach and go to the small intestine for further processing. So you need to empty your stomach first before introducing a new batch.

  77. Ronald says:

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Ronald. I remember reading your update about the procedure not working on you. Or was it somebody else. Anyway, if it was you and the lemon-water is not working on you, don’t push it. Because of the damage of your stomach lining, I suggest that you go to Dr. Tam. Don’t wait until it becomes worse.

Can you give me a contact number of DR. TAM MATEO…. PLEASE HELP ME….

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Faith. Personally I believe any illness should start with cleansing. That is all toxic matters in our body must go out and essential elements must be replace. Unfortunately, acupuncture does not do this. It’s good that you are considering Dr. Tam. It is actually better that you go there directly and immediately.

  79. Arianne says:

Hello. para sa mga may gastritis, share ko lang. isabay nyo din sa Dr Tam’s miracle tea ang mag take ng milk kefir. it’s a natural probiotic rich in vitamin B12, very effective for gastritis/ulcers (from my own experience), in 1-3 days you can already feel the effect. and very good for health in general as it strengthens the immune system. I and my stroke survivor mom had been taking it for 3 years now and we never had colds or flu since then even if closely exposed to infected people. it’s better to get ur own mother grain and make your own kefir, and it’s very easy to make and cheap. there are some people who gives the grain for free. u can google it.

for the myoma, try the protocol of Healing Galing (using healing oil, calcutab, herbal serpentina etc). that’s the most effective natural protocol so far that i’ve tried for myoma na kayang tumunaw ng myoma (I had intra-uterine sa right myoma dati). Prior to that, I also had weekly ozone therapy and taking daily Tahitian Noni juice (which also helped alleviate my dysmennorhea).
I hope this info will be of help to those who need it. and thanks Rosalie for this forum. God bless.

Last week until now, may mild hot flushes ako at dahil dito hindi ako makatulog ng maayos more than a week na. I still have my monthly menstruation, maybe due to hormone therapy. Magagamot pa kaya itong condition ko, im planning to go to Dr. tams office also to consult my condition. Thanks for attending my concern.

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Beth. My mom had HRT before. She had hot flushes, cannot sleep, impossible temper, you name it. Later on, I attended a pro-life information seminar, it was emphasized by the medical doctor who was the speaker that HRT can cause cancer. So, we immediately stopped my mom’s HRT and her condition improved. But I was always on search for alternative hormonal replacement. I strongly suggest that you go to Dr. Tam. You’ll never know what miracles can do.

      • Beth says:

Hello, Grace. Ang ganda ng problema mo. Mas problema ang magpapayat ; ) Have you tried deworming? As in really. After awhile nag- gain ako ng weight.

Hi Ms. Rosalie, i have myxoid liposarcoma at the back of my eyeball(right) since 2010 pa, i had undergone surgeries (thrice including biopsy) before but still bumabalik pa rin. So, my doctor suggested me last 2012 to undergo chemotherapy, then i did naka 3 session lang ako ‘coz the size of the mass increased instead it decreased. Last year he recommended me to do the debulking of eyeball, muscles, nerves, & other parts of my eye but one of my sister’s co-worker shared a food supplement that might address my illness, the name of the company is Lifestyles, So,di namin tinuloy yung operation ‘coz i tried their product. At first it went good, dahil ung mata kong lumuluwa (due to the mass w/c pushes the eyeball out) umurong nang konti na malapit na siyang bumalik sa normal nitong position. But in the succeeding months, wala ng further improvement ganun pa rin siya, minsan lumalaki ulit & feels like lumalala na siya. 8 months na akong nagtatake. Thankfully, i saw this(your) blog, i hope u can help me bago pa po kumalat/lumala. OSY na po kasi ako since this illness came in to my life kasi nakakabother po sa pag-aaral ko.

In your experience po ba during the 10 days na cleansing nag eat kayo ng rice and puro veggies and fruits lang. Thanks for the reply.. God bless

Hi, Theresa.

So, i didn’t undergo an operation instead i took the supplement. In the 1st month, it went good, umurong ng konti na malapit na siyang bumalik sa dating location which gave me the courage to continue taking it but in the succeeding months we noticed wala ng further improvement. Parang lumalaki siya & feels like kumalat ‘coz my head, neck & nostril has strange aches already. Thankfully, i saw this (your) blog, which i’m hoping can help me. May naencounter na po ba kaung same case ko na gumaling na or nagtatake ng products ni Dr. Tam Mateo? Lifetime po ba ang pagtake ng products nila even following their protocol para ‘di bumalik ang sakit? Thank you po & God bless…

Hello, Renna. It is really frustrating to be an OSY. You should be at school. As far as I have experienced, healing of any internal disorder of the body starts with repelling of toxins from the inside. Unless this is done, any medication or supplements won’t be as effective. In your case, cancer cells are the same wherever they are located so I believe the protocol of Dr. Tam will help you. I strongly recommend that you go there personally.

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Rose Anne. Dalawa pala ang account mo, nagtaka ako. Anyway, sa akin, tinapos ko ang protocol. After that, on and off na ako. Mostly, off.

      • i thought may problem sa 1st account ko that’s why i made another one. Anyways, thank you so much po sa pagreply, concern & for helping me strengthen my faith to try consult Dr. Tam. God bless you! I wish after trying their protocol i could share the good news to others too like you’re doing right now.

Hi Ms. Rosalie!

Hello Ms. Rosalie! I thoroughly enjoyed reading your post on Dr. Tam Mateo’s alternative healing methods. Thank you for sharing! My Uncle is currently in Cebu seeking to treat a brain tumor. He has done the MRI, and I think the doctors are suggesting to do a biopsy and surgery afterwards. His condition is not too well right now, and at the same time, it would be risky for him to undergo such procedures.

I was wondering if you know what protocol or alternative treatments that Dr. Tam Mateo suggests for brain tumor patients? Also, since my relatives are located in Leyte and Cebu, which would be the best method for them to avail of Dr. Tam Mateo’s ‘Live Green’ and ‘Miracle Tea’ products? Is there a way to also purchase them from the U.S.?

Thank you for your time and help in advance. I appreciate it greatly. God bless.

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Vic. I cannot imagine the pain your uncle is in now. Any kind of relief would be of much help. The case of your uncle should be personally checked by Dr. Tam or his associate. When I went there, one person just brought the medical records of a patient because the person was incapable of travel. I think this would be applicable for your uncle too. A protocol would be best for him for complete process, e.g. cleansing and replenishing. For your relatives in Cebu and Leyte, they can text to order. Then they will just follow the instructions to be given. Below is their address and contact number:

Hello, JJ. You can change her milk as a first step. Try to have her on fruit and vegetable diet for a while. Don;t let her eat meat yet while she is on fruits/vegetable diet maybe for 2 weeks. Then slowly introduce other food. And remember to let her drink more water. I hope this will help.

    • rosalie says:

Hi, Joenette. I’ve never been blessed. One thing I got married late, I was 31 yrs. old. Age might have been a factor also. As I advance in age, I firmly believe that getting pregnant is really a blessing. You know the feeling that it is easier to have a financial problem because you can just do something to have that money. But having your period every month when you desperately want to get pregnant is like a curse. We spent money on fertility medication and that made it more frustrating until the time that my husband accepted that I cannot conceive had I made peace with myself also. About your question, let’s hope and pray that you will conceive when you will do the protocol. It really will help you. And start now when you are young.

Hello, what are your suggestions on how I can manage my acid reflux and indigestion, it’s terrible….tnx

  98. maria says:

hi ms. rosalie. thanks for sharing this blog. i find this very educational especially to those who aim to live a longer and healthy life like me. i was just wondering if you have any idea kung ano ang puwede ko itake, miracle tea or live green? i have a maintenance medicine for my cholesterol, at the same time i had this lump at the right side of my jaw na nagstart nung tumubo ang wisdom tooth ko in a different direction, that was 2006. my wisdom tooth had been removed three years back and ung lump nandun pa din, di naman siya lumalaki, di rin siya masakit. inisip ko baka mawala ung lump kapag ininuman ko ng tea. i dont want any surgery sana.

puwede ko kaya ipatext sa brother ko what my condition is or ako mismo ang magtext sa kanila and bigyan nila ako which product is best for me. i am a single parent to my 4yr old daughter and i had this fear of what if magksakit ako ng malubha hindi ko siya maaalagaan, what if may mangyari sa akin paano na lang ang anak ko. i am working outside the country and my daughter is with me.
    God bless..

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Maria. Your concern is really of importance. Actually, the Miracle Tea is used for cleansing the colon. It is taken to remove compacted waste in the intestines and therefore to remove toxins. The Live Green is a supplement (really works like vitamins). Personally and basing on the readings that I did, it is important to clean our system first. Supplements and vitamins will be of little help when our system is full of toxins. I think they allow someone to go in your behalf, just give them the basic information. Another thing, let them inquire about shipment of Miracle Tea because the tea is frozen when shipped.

  99. Angel Babang says:

May side effect po ba toh? Example nagtatae

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Angel. Yes, frequent discharge is expected when taking Miracle Tea. The concept of this is to remove the hard packed waste in the intestine and therefore to remove toxins.

    hi ms rosalie,

    • rosalie says:

Hello, Jong. You’re so young for that predicament though it is good that you are diagnosed early. About the green barley, it is only a supplement. You need to cleanse your system first. Without cleansing your system, any supplements or vitamins will have no or little effect. Your decision to go to Dr. Tam is a good choice and let’s hope for the best. 4 years ago, I just went to there office and listed my name on their appointment book then I just waited for my name to be called. There were also some who just represented their patients and they brought with them the medical records of the patients. There were 2 people handling the patients, Dr. Tam was not there. I asked the person who was assigned to me if there would be any difference if I will talk to Dr. Tam. She said that the protocol is same with them or with Dr. Tam.

      • jong says:

    • rosalie says:

Good morning, Mrs. Dee. I started with Miracle Tea and Live Green before going to the office of Dr. Tam. I cannot recall how many but I had more than 2 bottles each. I followed the dosage on label. However, a checkup by my OBGYNE showed no significant progress. So I decided to go. The matter was that Miracle Tea and Live Green alone is incomplete, additional vitamins and minerals were needed to complete the process. Overall, for my case, though it was not a complete waste of money, I had been better off if I went to Dr. Tam’s first.

Your case is interesting. So, I searched the web and found these:

Hello, Agnes. Personally, I find it good to combine medical science and alternative medicine. I’m glad your father found relief using the Miracle Tea. For yourself, I hope the Miracle Tea and Live Green will help. How about you see a doctor first to verify your symptoms and then you can go to Dr. Tam’s office so that they can give you a protocol for gall stones.
